Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Vex Cards(“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Vex Cards provides NFC and QR-enabled digital business cards for real estate professionals. Each physical card links to a personalized online profile hosted at vex.cards.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Purchases & Refunds
All card purchases are processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required. We offer refunds on unshipped orders; once a card has shipped, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, listings, contact information). By uploading content you grant us a limited license to display it on your public profile. You must not upload content that is illegal, misleading, or infringes on third-party rights.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to access another user's account or data.
- Using the Service for spam, scraping, or automated abuse.
- Circumventing security features or rate limits.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” Vex Cards is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email when possible.
